Site Investigations

We carry out site investigations on existing ground and soil conditions

Civil and Structural Engineering Design and Drawings

We design, detail and produce civil and structural engineering drawings to be used for construction.

Regulatory Approvals

We submit civil/structural drawings to the respective authority and follow up on the regulatory approvals.

Construction Supervision

We supervise civil and structural engineering works, ensuring they are executed as per the drawings and specifications.

Structural and Infrastructural Integrity Assessments

We inspect and assess buildings and related infrastructure and give recommendations on how to improve their integrity.

Universal One, Alaro City, Nigeria

Unity West- Tatu City, Kenya

We carried out design reviews and supervised the construction of the development which was completed in 2021.

Dorothy's Park- Lang'ata, Nairobi, Kenya

This development of 4 blocks each with 8 No. 3-bedroom units offers breathtaking views of Nairobi National Park. We designed the building’s structures, taking into account the constraints due to Wilson Airport nearby. We supervised the construction which was completed in 2017.

Mount Laverna Primary School- Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya

Mount Laverna Primary School is a Christian school that strives for academic excellence. It aims to empower students with holistic education by nurturing Christian values that will enable them to excel in society.


We supervised the construction of their newly built administration block and classrooms, completed in 2019.

TopHill Hospital- Eldoret, Kenya

Eldoret town has a rich history of providing high-quality medical services for the region and beyond. TopHill Hospital is located in the Elgon View area of Eldoret and opened its doors in 2018. We designed the building’s structure and carried out construction supervision till its completion.
