Santana Kisauni

Santana is the first Modern gated community project in Kisauni. The flagship project by Megna Homes is located at Kwa Sonko area in Barakani along the old Mombasa Malindi project. The project features a mixed used developmentcontaining shops, 810 housing units, olympic size swimming pool, community centre, football pitch, jogging tracks, green spaces, food courts, a police post among others. The project cost is estimated to be approximately KES 4 Billion. Construction is on-going and is expected to be completed in 2026
